-

-
How long does onboarding take?It could take as little as a week—it could take three months. It all depends on the practice size and scale of the project. We typically budget a month as a reasonable time frame from signing of the Letter of Intent, to onboarding the first patient group and physician team.
-
Does the Telemedicine software interact with our EMR?It can if you want it to. The level of interaction depends on the HL7 ready EMR, and on how much you want it to interact. The Doctor Care 24/7 software can be directly connected to your EMR—the issue is how much of the Doctor Care 24/7 software you want imported into your EMR, if any. Radiant Life Health is happy to discuss to see what works best for your practice and the specific workflows required.
